Today is a Monday and I tried calling 3 times at 11plus in the morning just before 12 noon and nobody answered the call. I was wondering if your break time is from 12.30pm as stated in your phone answering service or 12 noon? For a clinic to ignore incoming calls too many times is not a good practice.
