APPOINTMENTS

No appointment booking required. Patients can walk in any time during consultation hours.

To reduce waiting time in the clinic, the parents may download the eHealthAssist app on their handphone and request a queue number. You can track the queue progress and come to the clinic when your queue number is approaching.

Except for emergencies eg asthma attacks, bleeding etc, patients will be seen on first come first served basis

Peak hours - evenings, Monday and Saturday mornings, post Public holidays



Outside peak hours, waiting time can be zero to 10 minutes.

Well babies coming for vaccinations are advised to come outside peak hours, so they do not need to wait for a long time in a crowded waiting room of ill children. However, there is a shaded well ventilated space just outside the frontage.

CONSULTATION FEES

Consultation fees  $60-$200 (usually between $90-$125)

Medications, procedures are not included in above fees.

You may get a queue number on the eHealthAssist app (download app on iOS or android) before heading down to the clinic to cut down on waiting time in the clinic. You can track the queue in real time and proceed to the clinic when it is near your turn

If there are any temporary changes to the above hours, eg, when staff is on block leave, it will be announced on the clinic answering machine tel 6569 0981
